quality of life in work organizations, and promotes an awareness of ethics,
social responsibility and justice. The AEPP hosts annual international

CONFERENCE
THEME:
Managing
Stakeholder Relationships
The increasingly complexities and rates of
change in both the internal and external environments of organizations have
mandated that organizations be more astute and proactive in managing
relationships with both all stakeholders. Technological advances,
government regulation, global economic and competitive issues and changes in
the makeup of society and the workforce require all employers to be more astute
in ensuring that they develop management systems and practices that enable them
to not only compete but thrive. While submissions in all areas outlined
below are welcome, for 2007, we particularly welcome submissions that deal with
any aspect of managing stakeholder relations from the more internal and micro,
such as employee relations and HR practices, to the more external and macro,
such as interorganizational alliances and
relationships.
