If you are planning to attend the Policy Forum and are from out of the DC area, discounted hotel rooms have been secured at the Hilton Washington, 1919 Connecticut Avenue, NW, Washington D.C. 20009. The discounted rate for single and double room with king-sized beds is $199. The special rate is offered for the nights of June 10 and 11, 2009 and three days either side of the conference in case other business or sight-seeing is also on your agenda.

You must have reserved your room by May 25, 2009 to be guaranteed the discount, though the hotel may (if asked) allow the discount to those reserving rooms after the deadline.
