Qualifications:
Telemundo Communications of NBC Universal is looking for an experienced attorney to join its Labor Relations group.
- Take independent lead responsibility for Telemundo relationships with certain labor unions.
- Act as chief spokesperson in certain Telemundo/NBC Universal labor contract negotiations.
- Act as labor legal counsel and lead counsel in labor arbitrations and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board.
- Participate in assessments and analysis of positive employment practices.
- Educate and advise HR professionals in aspects of labor relations and employment practices.
