The Construction Labor Research Council (CLRC), an organization that provides labor-related data and services to the construction industry and is supported by employer associations whose members employ union labor, seeks an Executive Director. Position requires collection, measurement and evaluation of labor costs, labor supply and related issues as well as other construction costs.Objectives are achieved through CLRC- maintained data bases of labor cost information to support the collective bargaining process.Data resources are utilized to evaluate topical issues, prepare reports as requested by member associations and perform special studies and analyses.Information is presented to association members and others through written and oral reports and presentations.Responsibilities are both technical and operational.
Strong background in statistical analysis and economics required.Familiarity with construction industry and labor relations beneficial.Good public speaking skills, comfort with technology, and willingness to travel and to market services also needed. CLRC is an equal opportunity employer.
