Serves as advisor to all subsidiaries, management, supervisors and employees on matters such as conduct, performance, dispute resolution, retention, and other related areas.
Position Requirements
Verifiable, pro active, ER best practices track record.
Four years of formal related post secondary education. Masters preferred.
At least 4 years or recent, large, for profit company, exempt-level, Employee Related experience (ER Certification preferred)
