This position performs senior level labor relations work in the areas of contract interpretation and administration, research/preparation and leadership training. You would also oversee the planning and participate in strategy development for collective bargaining, manage the arbitration process, contract negotiations and administration, grievance handling, leadership training and Labor Agreement interpretation.
