LABOR RELATIONS MANAGER
Salary: $69,936 to $97,910 annually

Multnomah County in Portland, Oregon is seeking applicants for a Labor Relations Manager. The Manager is responsible for developing effective working relationships with a diverse customer base and a variety of stakeholders such as department management, employees, union leaders, County Human Resource professionals, and County leaders. The person in this position will be responsible for negotiating, interpreting, and administering labor agreements. This position will also provide technical expertise in labor and employee relations, contract administration, personnel rule development and administration, and application of federal and state employment law.
