SUMMARY:
- Key HR Business Partner role
- Provide HR Generalist support (talent management, change management, training, employee relations, labor relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, OD, etc.) to 2 plants with a total of 350+ employees
- Create and implement HR policies, processes, and procedures
- The on-site HR expert
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years HR experience
- MUST HAVE Labor Relations/Union experience
- Bachelor’s degree
