4. Requirements for Chapter Affiliation with the
National Association (from National Bylaws)
- The Chapter is formed to advance the purposes of the National
Association (see national constitution, #2).
- Chapter Bylaws are consistent in purpose and intent with those of
the Association.
- Officers of the local chapter are required to be members of the
National Association.
- No financial obligation of the local chapter shall be a contingent
obligation of the Association.
