The 75-member chapter meets on the first Tuesday of the month, six times per year in October, December, February, March, April and May at the Sheraton Four Points in Harrisburg for dinner and a program. The October 2004 dinner will feature the topic "Federal Regulatory Update: The New FLSA Overtime Regulations." The Board is in the process of planning the remaining programs for the year.

Dues are $20 regular, $5 student.

The 100-member chapter meets for dinner and program the third Tuesday of alternate months, September through May. The September 2002 meeting topic was Labor/Management Committees (LMC's), The Why's, Who's, What's, and How's with presenter Daniel O'Rourke, Labor Mediator, formerly Director of Scranton/Lackawanna Labor-Management Committee. The November 2002 meeting topic was The Future of Healthcare, presented by Kitty Gallagher, Lehigh Valley Business Conference on Healthcare. The March 2003 meeting topic was Temporary Employees, a panel discussion moderated by Bob McHugh. The June 2003 meeting topic was Arbitral Finality: The Current Interpretation of the Public Policy Exception with speakers Edward a Pereles, Arbitrator/Mediator; Kathleen L. Pereles, Ph.D., Rowan University. The September 2003 meeting featured the topic Grievance Mediation with presenters William Gross, Director, PA Bureau of Mediation, Department of Labor & Industry. The April 2004 meeting will feature the topic Single Payer Health Care with presenters Randall Emery and Charlie Crystle. The location is the Barn House Village at 5:30 p.m. Reception & Cash Bar; 6:20 p.m. Last Call & Start Business Meeting; 6:30 p.m. Buffet Dinner.

The 238-member chapter meets the second Tuesday of each month, October through May, at the Vesper Club.  They begin with a social hour at 5:30, followed by a dinner and guest speaker or panel discussion. The April 2003 meeting topic was "Development of Industrial relations/Human Relations Curriculum" with speakers  Bill Grab, Director of Labor Relations for the City of Philadelphia and Joel Rudin, Associate Professor, Rowan University. The March 2003 meeting topic was "The Interaction of the American With Disabilities Act, Family Medical Leave Act and Worker's Compensation" with speaker Joseph Lurie, Galfand Berger LLP and Steven Suflas, Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP. The February 2003 meeting topic was "Challenges Facing Arbitrators and Advocates in the Arbitration of Employment Law Disputes" with speaker Ralph H. Colflesh, Jr., Arbitrator.  The January 2003 meeting topic was "Challenges Facing the New Bush Board Board Member", with speaker Wilma B. Leibman. The November 2002 meeting topic was "Sports Arbitration" with speakers Joan Parker, Alan Symonette and Shayam Das - Arbitrators. The December 2002 topic was "The Impact of Ever-Increasing Health Care Costs on Collective Bargaining and Labor Relations" with speakers Wendy Pongracz, Willig, Williams & Davidson and Richard Wells, Main Line Healthcare. The May 2002 meeting topic was "Joint Meeting with the Philadelphia Chapter of the National Academy of Arbitrators Association" with speakers Charles Coleman and Walter Powell, Arbitrators.
