Jeanette Woolley, National Education Association Rhode Island This approximately 60 member chapter holds two or three dinner meetings with speaking programs each year, and is co-sponsor of the annual Rhode Island Conference on Labor-Management Relations, which typically attracts 200-300 participants. Recent dinner meeting topics have included: Interest-Based Bargaining in Education, New Issues in Collective Bargaining for Non-uniformed Municipal Employees, and The Effects of Hospital Restructuring on Collective Bargaining. IRRA President, John F. Burton, Jr. will speak to the chapter on "Challenges to Workers Compensation in the next Decade". The winter program is scheduled for December with the topic "Health Care Costs-Issues and Trends. Dues are $50 per year
for institutions, $20 per year for individuals, and $5 per year for
