In an interactive scenario the ADR Section Meeting will showcase  the role of conflict resolution in reducing the risk of workplace violence.   The scenario will be combined with a facilitated consensus-building exercise. Topics will include:

• Assessing the risk of violence and bullying

• Developing effective conflict resolution strategies

• Designing intervention techniques

• Achieving union-management collaboration to improve safety
