Benefits for Major Sustaining Sponsors
Your support will benefit the entire field of labor and employment relations and associated research, policy, and practice, while ensuring that your organization has a voice in the discussions taking place at the LERA and shaping the workplace of tomorrow.
Membership in the LERA
Your organization may appoint twenty-five (25) of your employees as LERA members. A LERA membership is an invaluable career tool for your employee, and an invaluable networking tool for your organization. The employees you appoint will be able to fully engage in all LERA communities and activities, sharing of research and best practices in person and through LERA publications, and networking. Networking
- Your organization will have organization-wide electronic access to our searchable member database, as well as LERA publications and searchable archives.
- You will receive 8 tickets to the Presidential Luncheon at our Annual Meeting, with a table reserved in your name and signage displayed at your table.
- Your members will have multiple opportunities to connect and build relationships at our various LERA events.
- You may choose to receive up to 25 extra copies of our regular LERA publications--you may then give these as gifts to your clientele or colleagues or choose to distribute them internally.
- You may appoint an individual to serve on an Advisory Board of Interest Section or Industry Council of your choice.
Recognition for your Organization
You will be recognized for your support of the LERA and its mission, in multiple media, with audiences spanning employment relations practitioners, company executives, union officials, Capitol Hill staffers, attorneys, government employees, mediators and arbitrators, journalists, researchers, academics, and others involved with labor and employment relations practices, law, and policy. These branding opportunities include:
- Premium placement on our LERA website that reaches thousands of labor and employment relations stakeholders continually,
- Premium pacement in our LERA publications that reaches all of our members and subscribers on an on-going basis throughout the year, and
- Premium placement in signage and programs, at our Annual Meeting and our National Policy Forum, attended by stakeholders and decision-makers in our field. Our meeting programs reach thousands more than those who attend the conferences.
Unique Recognition
- You will be awarded prime ad space on the LERA homepage.
- You may choose one of your members to appear in person at a plenary session at our conference and introduce a major speaker; their name and affiliation (your organization) will be listed on the program.
- A hospitalilty event will be named for your organization at both the Annual Meeting and the National Policy Forum.
- Your logo will appear in printed and online meeting programs, in promotional materials, and on the meeting agenda itself.
- You will be featured on the main meeting webpage, and a second meeting webpage of your choice.
- You will have a complimentary booth at the National Policy Forum to display promotional materials and increase your visibility.
- You will also have the opportunity to donate a portion of the six individual memberships back to the LERA to provide for a named scholarship(s) to a promising student(s) in the employment relations and human resources field, with appropriate and distinct recognition of your sponsorship.

- Your ten members will receive a 10% discount on conference registration at our National Policy Forum
- Your ten members will receive complimentary registration to our Annual Meeting.
